Customer reviews drive conversion and sales. For a new product, the 1st review can take 4 weeks or more to appear. How do you get reviews on products from Day 1 to optimise sales performance for the UK's No1 retailer?
 

WHAT DID WE DO?
 

Created an exclusive community where customers get to test new products. They get to keep the product in exchange for writing a review.

 

RESULTS
 

  • Grew a 5000 strong community made up of high value Argos customers. Invite Only.
     

  • Created a new Supplier Revenue Model charging brands to participate in the testers programme for their new product ranges and for existing products that needed more customer reviews and user generated content.
     

  • +£580k incremental supplier revenue generated in 12 months
